Defaults for every hotkey registered by injectHotkey and injectHotkeys. requireReset applies to chords and timeout applies to sequences.

The user's platform, for labels from injectFormatForDisplay, hotkeys, and recorders. Detected when unset. On a server, set it from the request with detectPlatform(userAgent).
